Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Pickup info: Please include in your booking notes the airline and flight number along with number of persons being picked-up. If possible, make sure to include a mobile telephone number of someone traveling with you should there be any need to contact you to arrange an alternative pick-up.
Notes:
Important: you must select number of adults. For example, if the number of persons is "2", then you select "2" adults from the drop down menu.
