Matteo and Keenan work with their employees to maximize energy savings in the apartments as well as emphasize that these practices should be taken home and passed along to their families. Los Cuatro Tulipanes is an AVACA member, a sort of local community organization that acts as a neighborhood watch helping to keep the community safe and clean. Additionally, Matteo gives back by coaching a local soccer team a couple of afternoons a week.
