Los Cuatro Tulipanes is a true gem. All the apartments are in beautifully restored old colonial buildings from the 17th century that have been tastefully renovated to retain their old-world charm. They preserved the quaint colonial atmosphere keeping the ‘Calicanto' walls - exposed stone walls dating from the original structure - while updating them to include all the creature comforts of the 21st century such as air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and modern kitchens.

The apartments of Los Cuatro Tulipanes are clustered in various colonial residences throughout Casco Viejo - full of charm and history with their Calicanto exposed stonewalls and old-world character, these apartments are truly unique. All apartments are non-smoking and have wireless Internet, access to laundry service and daily housekeeping.

You will be well taken care of no matter which apartment you reside in - being similar in size to a boutique hotel or bed and breakfast, they are small enough to offer distinctively personalized service. The Tulipanes' team is known for sitting down with guests and helping plan the perfect visit in Panama City, showing them the best restaurants and bars, then suggesting the best dishes or nights to go.

Children under 11 years of age, sharing the same room with parents are not charged.

• If notice is received within 22 days of reservation, no refund will be issued.
  
• If notice is received 23 days or more in advance of reservation, a full refund will be issued minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Check-in is from 2 pm to 6 pm, but you can check-in earlier or later with notification and subject to other reservations. You will check-in at the office and then be lead to your apartment.
