DAY 1: WELCOME TO PANAMA

 Welcome by your guide.

Upon your arrival at the Tocumen International Airport you will be received by your guide who will welcome you and give you your program and vouchers. Then, you will be transferred at your hotel.

 DAY 2:  Excursion : Half City tour

Depart around 1.00 pm with a private guide and transportation to discover the « Panama La Vieja » ruins and museum. This was the first city founded by the Spanish in 1519. Then continue towards the colonial area called Casco Viejo (a little gem classified by Unesco as World Heritage in 1980). Walk through the alleys of this great colonial area: visit the different churches of the colonial time, the French Plaza, (great view on modern Panama city) and of Bolivar Plaza. Also the  visit of the Panama Canal Museum. Very interesting visit to dive into the history of the construction of this gem of the 20th century engineering.

 DAY 3:  Excursion : TRANSOCEANIC TRAIN AND SPANISH FORTRESSES (lunch included)

Departure early in the morning, transfer (6:15) from your hotel to Corozal train station. Boarding at 7:15 for this distinctive train for a ride along Panama Canal: breathtaking view on the locks, Gatun Lake, and the tropical forest. At your arrival, you will be welcomed by your guide with whom you will take to the road in a private vehicle to visit San Lorenzo and Portobelo at the end of the excursion your driver will take you back to your hotel.

 DAY 4:  Excursion : PARTIAL TRANSIT IN THE PANAMA CANAL(lunch included)

Around 8.00 am a minivan will pick you up at your hotel to transfer to the Flamenco Marine, then you will be transported by bus until the Gamboa Port where you will go aboard the boat. You will cross the famous “Corte Culebra”  or “Snake Cut” (or Gaillard Cut), which is the narrowest part of the Canal, then successfully you will cross two of the three sets of locks of Pedro Miguel, followed by those of Miraflores before arriving the Panama Bay. At the end of the excursion the minivan will take you back to your hotel.

 DAYS 5-6:  SAN BLAS

 Early morning 4:45 transfer from your hotel to Albrook National Airport, for your flight to San Blas.The Lodge will greet you upon your arrival and transfer you to the hotel by boat.

Sapibenega is the first totally ecological Kuna Lodge. It is located on a private island close to the community of Playon Chico in San Blas, on the Caribbean side of Panama (45 mn flight from Panama City). In Kuna language, Sapibenega, means: Life. It is the essence, the beginning and the end of life. Sapibenega's accomodations include: A social area, 1 restaurant and 6 Kuna Style over-the-sea bungalows, all with private bathrooms, wooden floor, composting toilets, fresh water and 24 hours powered electricity. Paliwitur Sapibenega native Kuna indigenous is the creator and owner of this beautiful place. He, along with the lodge staff, works very hard every day in order to make the guests feel like if they were at home.

 DAY 7: RETURN TO PANAMA

Around 6.00 am transfer between your lodge and Playon Chico to take your flight with AIR PANAMA to PANAMA NATIONAL AIRPORT. A minivan will pick you up and will drive you to your hotel.

FREE DAY, to organize some visit or to do some shopping in the Mall.

 DAY 8: TRANSFER TO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

 According to your flight schedule, private transfer to Tocumen International Airport.
